A few points before you buy…

1. Buying a mud kitchen
We’ll need payment in full for your mud kitchen before we start work on it. Once we’ve acknowledge receipt of your payment there’ll be a legally binding contract between us.
2. About this website
All content (including but not limited to words, design and photographs) are the property of Mud Kitchens R Fun. Please don’t copy, store or use anything on here in any way without our permission as to do so could be a breach of our copyright.
2.1 All details were correct at the time of publishing. Please note, as each mud kitchen uses natural timber, weights and dimensions are approximate.
2.2 Whilst we aim to ensure this website is free from any viruses or defects, we are not liable for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of using this website.
3. Availability and delivery
All mud kitchens are handmade and should be delivered within 10-14 working days. If for any reason your order will be delayed, we will contact you and keep you updated. If we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 working days you can request a full refund.
3.1 We accept no liability for delays caused as a result of incorrect payment or delivery details, and such delays do not form part of your 30 day fulfilment period.
3.2 If we cannot obtain correct payment or delivery details we reserve the right to cancel your order without compensation. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
3.3 You will be asked to sign to accept delivery of your mud kitchen. It’s important, therefore, that you tell us when you will be available to accept delivery, and where we can leave your delivery if you are out.
3.4 Goods will be transported to the kerbside of your premises. Please ensure you have means to move the item onto your premises.
3.5 Once you have accepted delivery of your mud kitchen you hold it at your own risk and we will not be liable for its loss or destruction.
4. The price
The price stated includes VAT and delivery to addresses on the UK mainland.
5. Acknowledgement of your order
We ask for an e-mail address when you order so that we can notify you by e-mail as soon as your order is received.
6. Your cancellation rights

7. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We have insufficient materials to construct the goods you have ordered;
- We do not or cannot deliver to your area
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account within 30 days of your order.
8. Liability
8.1 If you do not receive your mud kitchen within 30 days you must notify us in writing within 60 days of your order date. Beyond this period we will not be liable for your loss. If you notify us within the above period, we will:
- Make good the non-delivery; or
- Refund the amount you paid
8.2 We will only consider claims for defects if you tell us about the defect (in writing and by recorded delivery) within 7 days of receipt of your mud kitchen.
8.3 Both parties shall only be liable under this contract for losses which are direct and a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.
8.4 We accept no liability in respect of any losses or issues arising from export or import of our mud kitchens.
8.5 We are not liable for any loss or injury caused as a result of incorrect installation or use, or negligent or reckless use of the mud kitchen, or failure to adhere to the advice contained in the website section ‘The Small Print’.
8.6 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit your rights as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
9. Notices
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at:

10. Changes to legal notices
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time.
11. Law, jurisdiction and language
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
12. Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
13. Third party rights
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.

In the event of an online dispute, the parties will use the Online Dispute Resolution Procedure to resolve the dispute:
