Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your mud kitchen order, for any reason, up to 14 days after we have delivered your order.
We think you and your child will love your mud kitchen. But just in case there’s a problem, you’ve got 14 days to cancel your order. To do that, please take the following steps:
- Put your request to cancel in writing (you don’t need to give us a reason).
- Return the product to us within 14 days of informing us of your intention to cancel (please note that you’ll need to return the mud kitchen to us in the same condition you received it. Unless your product is faulty, you must pay for the cost of returning the mud kitchen to us).
- Once we have received the mud kitchen and are satisfied with its condition, we will refund the purchase to you (via the card you used for your purchase) within 14 days.
- Before you buy, please read our terms and conditions. By continuing with your order, you are confirming you accept them all.
